Adult workshops run throughout the year separate from our full year program.

These classes run in 6-week increments and do not typically have a performance component.

They are great for adult beginners or those who have danced in the past and are an absolute blast!

To register for adult workshops, please login in to the parent portal and look for the “2024 Workshops” season.

Workshops are paid through class passes in the portal or on a drop-in basis.


Wednesdays 7:45-8:30pm

Spring session meets:

4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29

This class utilizes floor work, the ballet barre, and center exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination through the movement of basic ballet technique and expression. We incorporate yoga and pilates exercises to build strength and agility in your dancer body. You will leave feeling connected, strong, long and lean!

Ditch the workout, join the party!

Mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party inspired by Latin rhythms. This class is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.


Thursdays 6:45-7:30

4/25, 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30

Tap dance is expression through sound! Using shoes as percussive instruments, this style centers on rhythm and musicality. You will learn basic tap technique and terminology while improving stability, coordination, and stamina through fun, uplifting combinations.
