Ballet is the foundation of all dance. If your dancer takes but one class, let this be it! All dance styles stem from ballet technique and the mental and physical benefits developed from training in this style are unmatched; discipline, grace, muscle strength from the inside out, posture, etc. In traditional format, all Ballet classes include work beginning at the barre and progressing to center and traveling excercises. Once a certain age and level are reached, pointe work will be ioffered to appropriate students.
