The first section of class will focus on cardio conditioning, strength exercises, and dynamic stretching to lengthen and tone muscles. The second half of class will be spent breaking down the technical elements necessary for great leaps and turns and working on new "tricks" to add to your dance repertoire.
Each class will begin with a standard dance warm up that builds upon the stretch & strength elements from Week 1. For the choreography portion of class - a new day, a new style! Guest teachers will offer Ballroom, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Contemporary.
Miss Jordan (Acrobatic Arts certified) will be working strictly on Acro! Dancers will learn level appropriate acrobatic skills safely while incorporating all the fun that our dancers love about this genre. Beginners welcome!
