The Dress Code
Students are expected to “dress the part” and present a neat and professional appearance. It is equally as important that they feel comfortable and confident in their attire.
The following guideline has been established to assure that teachers can easily view body placement and alignment.
- Style and secure hair neatly off face (bun for Ballet)
- Remove all jewelry (stud earrings are acceptable)
- Label ALL shoes, apparel, and personal items
- Black dancewear accessories (e.g. ballet sweaters, leg warmers, etc.) may be worn at the beginning of class to warm up
For your convenience, we’ve set up an online boutique for all your dance wear needs. Just click the link, find your class, and you’ll find all required dance wear items. At our studio, we have full sizing kits available for those who would like to try items on prior to ordering.
